Q: May I purchase instruments directly from C.G. Conn?

A: C.G. Conn instruments are available only through authorized music instrument retailers. To find a dealer near you, click “Find a Dealer” to the left of this page.

Q: Where can I find an authorized C.G. Conn dealer?

A: C.G. Conn has authorized dealers across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and around the world. To find a dealer near you, click "Dealer Locator" to the left or at the top of this page. If you cannot find an authorized dealer near you, call 574-295-0079 and ask to speak to a customer service representative for your country.

Q: Can I get brochures and other information sent to me?

A: Most current product brochures are available on the Conn-Selmer Resources page in .pdf format and may be downloaded to your computer for viewing or printing.

Your local C.G. Conn dealer will also have information regarding instruments from C.G. Conn.

Q: Does C.G. Conn repair instruments?

A: C.G. Conn does not offer non-warranty repair services or overhaul older instruments. Your local C.G. Conn-authorized music retailer is an excellent resource for the repair and maintenance of your current instrument.

Q: What do I do if I think my instrument needs warranty service or repair?

A: All warranty questions should be directed to the dealer where the instrument was purchased. If needed, they will contact C.G. Conn about the repair.

Q: Do you give tours?

A: Band directors and music professionals are invited to visit our factories. Tours must be arranged through your local C.G. Conn retailer. Sorry, no visitors under the age of 16.

Q: Does C.G. Conn have parts for older horns?

A: C.G. Conn does carry some parts for older horns. Please see your local music retailer for current parts availability.

Q: Does C.G. Conn buy used instruments?

A: No. We do not purchase used instruments.

Q: Can you tell me who previously owned my instrument?

A: Unfortunately, no, we cannot. We do not have records on instrument ownership available.

Q: What is my instrument worth?

A: C.G. Conn neither appraises nor estimates the value of instruments. Your local retailer can provide you information on local appraisers.
